India is witnessing a rapidly escalating burden of cardio-metabolic diseases—including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disorders—that significantly contribute to mortality and strain the nation’s socio-economic fabric. In response, the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) at IIT Delhi has launched the Healthier India Program, a challenge-driven initiative to foster scalable, affordable, and tech-enabled solutions for these pressing health issues.

- Objective: To accelerate innovation and development of scalable healthcare solutions centered on early diagnosis, disease management, and patient engagement for cardio-metabolic disorders.
